Yes. We use internationally standard single-use sterile needles, disposed of immediately after each patient. Hygiene and safety are fundamental to our practice.

Avoid strenuous exercise for about 2 hours; drink warm water; avoid alcohol on the day; keep needle sites dry for about 4 hours. Mild bruising is normal and usually fades within a few days.

Acupuncture during pregnancy requires special care — certain points are contraindicated. Please inform us when booking if you are pregnant; Dr. Ng will assess suitability and adjust the treatment plan accordingly.
