Please arrive five minutes early to complete a basic health form. Bring any Western medical reports, medication records or lab results if available — this helps Dr. Ng assess your situation more comprehensively.

Dr. Ng uses the traditional four diagnostic methods (inspection, listening and smelling, inquiry, palpation): observing complexion and tongue, listening to voice and breath, detailed symptom and history inquiry, and pulse reading to understand organ and blood-qi status. First visits allow ample time for a thorough understanding of your health.

Based on your pattern diagnosis, Dr. Ng explains constitutional focus points and care options (acupuncture, herbal medicine, tuina or a combination), and discusses a suggested follow-up rhythm. Progress varies by person; we do not promise time-to-effect or outcomes.

Acupuncture or tuina treatment, with herbal prescription as needed. Dr. Ng explains decoction methods, timing and precautions for any herbs prescribed.
