TCM Internal Medicine
Cough · Insomnia · Digestion · Sub-health
This page outlines our internal-medicine service scope. It is health information only — suitability for TCM care is decided after consultation. Results vary; not a substitute for Western medical care.

Scope of Care
Common Internal Medicine Concerns
For lingering cough or night-time coughing discomfort, consultation may explore traditional pattern ideas (e.g. wind-cold, wind-heat, phlegm-damp). Acute shortness of breath or diagnosed lung disease: follow Western medical advice first and disclose medications at your visit.
Difficulty falling or staying asleep may be discussed in TCM terms of heart, liver and kidney rhythms. Service information only — not a substitute for psychiatry or family medicine. Insomnia visit information →
Bloating, poor appetite or irregular bowels may relate to spleen–stomach function in TCM. Acute abdominal emergencies require Western urgent care first.
Persistent tiredness can be assessed in consultation. This page does not diagnose or promise outcomes.
Catching colds often may be discussed as wei-qi / exterior patterns. Serious allergy or immune disease should remain under Western follow-up.
Stress affecting sleep and digestion can be discussed at consultation. Mental-health crises require appropriate professional support first.
If you take long-term Western medicines, bring your prescription list. We do not replace monitoring of chronic diseases by Western doctors; never stop medicines on your own.
